Hi all,

We're experiencing a high number of incomplete service order entries. Please ensure when returning equipment for service that you check off either "replacement requested" or "return original" in the replacement info section. If a component is required please complete the "component repair info and "replacement info" sections. Failure to fill out a service order in it's entirety only results in client delays.
