Paul,
To subsribe to ACOLUG (Augmentative Communication On-Line Users' Group) do the following:
1. Send an e-mail message to: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.TEMPLE.EDU
2. nothing in subject line
3. in the body of the e-mail type your e-mail address (and do not add a signature, or else type "end" under your subscribe line).
The address that Karen offered below is the address you use to send a message to all the people currently subscribed to the listserv; it would not get you subscribed.
